    Person needs to sit in MA and be able to commute to Lynn once a week The Sr. Analyst supports the HCMS Manager and is the primary developer and owner of HR metrics reporting and supports managing the Oracle HCMS system and leading system enhancement projects. The Sr. Analyst oversees HR reporting to ensure consistency and accuracy, and ensures that all business processes related to Oracle HCMS are documented and flow optimally between modules. Major Responsibilities: The Sr. Analyst will identify key HR metrics such as demographics, turnover, open requisitions, etc., develop and maintain talent dashboards for reporting key HR metrics on a regular cadence. The Sr. Analyst is responsible for ensuring consistent and accurate information across all reports, identifying reporting inconsistencies, working with system owners to identify “root cause” issues (data entry inconsistencies, etc.) and assisting the SMEs with improving processes and training to correct issues. The Sr. Analyst is responsible for establishing standard reporting with accurate and consistent data needed for internal departments, management, HR surveys, Board/Compensation Committee and EEO reporting. The Sr. Analyst designs reports and sets up automated reporting as appropriate, organizes frequent HR reports and trains HR team members to generate reports. The Sr. Analyst provides data and periodic reporting such as headcounts and turnover metrics for surveys, retirements for Marketing/Town Hall meetings, and other ad hoc requests. Develops partnerships with internal and external stakeholders, including accounting, audit, HR, legal, and senior leaders to understand and address reporting needs. Supports the HCMS manager in system upgrades by managing system enhancement projects, working as needed with the module SMEs. The Sr. Analyst will work with the Subject Matter Expert (SME) of each Oracle HCMS module to ensure that procedures are documented and reflect the efficient and accurate flow of data between modules. Oracle Fusion HCMS modules and business processes include Talent Acquisition, Onboarding, Benefits, Payroll, Compensation and Learn. Support Total Rewards strategies and participates in HR projects as needed. Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree 3-5 years of HR or Finance reporting and analytics experience Experience using HCMS systems, preferably Oracle Fusion. Strong SQL Skills Experience with Power BI Strong Excel Power Point Oracle BI experience- highly preferred but not required OTBI Experience- highly preferred but not required Skills/Knowledge: Background knowledge/familiarity of HR/Recruitment metrics Extensive experience with HR systems and advanced reporting (Oracle preferred) Ability to build dashboards with SQL Project management experience and the ability to lead projects, take initiative to start new projects Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Strong documentation and organizational skills Ability to understand and translate data needs into concise and presentable reports and presentations. Detail-oriented and ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Working Conditions: Combination of remote and onsite work in Lynn, MA, as required. Training is in Lynn 2 times a week for first 6 months
