    The Salem Chamber is a non-profit membership organization serving the Salem, MA area and the largest business organization in Salem. We seek to promote economic development and overall business growth in Salem and our neighboring communities, while strengthening our existing businesses through the many programs and services that we offer.

  • Thank You Once Again for a Successful Haunted Happenings Grand Parade!

    This past Thursday, October 3th, the Salem Chamber of Commerce hosted another exciting and fun Haunted Happenings Grand Parade. The theme for this year’s parade was “It’s Our Future.” We are always honored to host the kick-off event for the Haunted Happenings celebration. The excitement, participation, and incredible ideas of Salem’s elementary, high school, and college students, the future of our city, is essential in keeping this nearly quarter-century long tradition continuing.   • Councilor-At-Large Political Forum

    The Salem Chamber of Commerce and the Salem News are organizing an at-large candidate forum on Wednesday, October 16th. The confirmed candidates for councilor at large are: Domingo Dominguez (i), Jeff Cohen, Ty Hapworth, Alice Merkl, George McCabe, Elaine Milo (i), Arthur Sargent (i), and Conrad Prosniewski. The event is free and open to the public.Doors open at 5:30 PM. Forum starts at 6 PM. Salem Chamber of Commerce members can RSVP here.
