The program of the evening will include the presentation of the “Celebrate Salem Awards”.  The process for the nominations and selection of winners is a two phase process. In the first period businesses and people can be nominated, after which the Awards Committee will select 6 nominees per category. In the second phase the voting, open to both businesses and residents, will take place to select the winners (March 20 – April 10). If you have not voted yet, please click on the blue Vote Now button in the right column of this page.

The evening will include a special presentation of the Salem Chamber Presidents Award to Lt. Governor Kim Driscoll for her outstanding job as Mayor of Salem.

Spirits is an exhibition that explores the forces of tradition and innovation through the work of two leading figures in Himalayan art. Nepalese-born Tibetan American artist Tsherin Sherpa and Welshman Robert Beer – lauded as the first Westerner to study Tibetan Buddhist thangka painting and one of the tradition’s greatest and most respected masters. – reveal the strict forms, symbols and motifs from which Sherpa draws inspiration.

Tickets for the event are $125 per person and include a welcoming drink during the networking reception and a delicious sit down dinner. We are looking for sponsors for the event and sponsorship options can be found on the reservation and sponsorship form.
