    Hybrid position working onsite in Lynn, MA once a week (following a twice weekly introductory period) The Sr. HR Data Analyst will assist with the oversight of the Oracle Fusion HR system used for all HR processes (hiring, onboarding, payroll, benefits, compensation and learning). The Sr. HR Data Analyst reports to the Human Resources System Manager and will lead HR system enhancements and assume primary responsibility for designing HR metrics and ensuring accurate & timely reporting. Major Responsibilities: HR Systems: Leads system enhancements and updates by working with the HR module owners on regression testing and building out enhancements that come out with each release Works with the Subject Matter Expert (SME) of each Oracle HCMS module to ensure that procedures are documented and reflect the efficient and accurate flow of data between modules Leads system enhancement projects and supports the HCMS/HRIS Manager in identifying system improvements, identifying priorities and strategic project planning Troubleshoots and resolves system issues Oracle Fusion HCMS modules and business processes include Talent Acquisition, Onboarding, Benefits, Payroll, Compensation, Talent Management and Learn Support HR strategies and participates in projects such as acquisitions HR Metrics and Reporting: Identify key HR metrics such as demographics, turnover, open requisitions, etc., develop and maintain dashboards for reporting key HR metrics on a regular cadence Ensure consistent and accurate information across all reports; identify reporting inconsistencies, work with system owners to identify “root cause” issues (data entry inconsistencies, etc.) and assist the SMEs with process improvement and training to correct data and process issues Assume overall responsibility for the design and automation of company-wide reports and dashboards Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree 3-5 years of HR or Finance reporting and analytics experience HR experience required Experience managing HRIS systems, preferably Oracle Fusion. Advanced Excel skills - VLOOKUP, conditional formatting, graphs and charts, Pivot tables, advanced formulas, macros, etc. Advanced PowerPoint skills SQL Skills – preferred Experience with Power BI – preferred Oracle BI/OTBI reporting experience- preferred Skills/Knowledge: Background knowledge/familiarity of HR/Recruitment/Talent Metrics Extensive experience with HRIS systems and advanced reporting (Oracle preferred) Ability to build dashboards Project management experience including leading projects Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Strong documentation and organizational skills Ability to understand and translate data needs into concise and presentable reports and presentations Detail-oriented and ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Working Conditions: Combination of remote and onsite work in Lynn, MA, as required Training in Lynn MA office 2 times a week for first 6 months Similar Titles: HR Reporting Analyst HRIS Analyst HCMS Analyst Sr. HR Systems and Analytics Specialist Sr. HR Data Specialist- People Analytics Manager of HR Business Intelligence Sr. Employee Data Management Analyst Manager, Data Analytics and Insights Sr HR Analyst
