            • Seven Steps to Managing Your Memory

Do you want to learn about managing your memory? Do you notice memory changes and wonder if it is part of normal aging or if it is not part of normal aging and is due to Alzheimer’s? North Shore Elder Services invites you to join a presentation by Dr. Andrew Budson, the Chief of Cognitive & Behavioral Neurology at the Veterans Affairs Boston Healthcare System, the Director of Education at the Boston University Alzheimer’s Disease Center, a professor of Neurology at Boston University, and a lecturer in Neurology at Harvard Medical School. Dr. Budson has written “Seven Steps to Managing Your Memory: What’s Normal, What’s Not, and What to Do About It.” He will explain how individuals can distinguish changes in memory due to Alzheimer’s versus normal aging, what medications, vitamins, diets, and exercise regimes can help, and the best habits, strategies, and memory aids to use, in seven simple steps. The presentation is Tuesday, September 18, 2018, from 5:00 PM – 6:00 PM and held at North Shore Elder Services, 300 Rosewood Dr., Suite 200, in Danvers MA. There is no cost but seats will be limited so pre-registration is necessary. Visit our website at https://secure.qgiv.com/for/nses/event/791663/ to register.
