You've never tasted ice cream like this before! Join us for a tasty conversation where you'll get to sample three flavors of ice cream of your choosing, as you learn from a local Registered Dietitian about what exactly makes ice cream taste so darn good, and why we form such strong emotional attachments to it. We'll also discuss how deepening our understanding of why we choose the ice cream order we place can affect how much joy we get from eating it. Finally, we'll practice a gratitude-based mindful eating experience together and after that we'll discuss how interacting with ice cream in new and different ways might help us deepen the pleasure we get eating from it.
