  • Salem Restaurant Week Continues!

    Salem Restaurant Week continues this week! To kickoff our involvement in Salem400+, Salem Restaurant Week gives customers a chance to (re)connect with their favorite restaurant or try someplace new. Featuring several of Salem's best restaurants, this popular culinary event draws guests from all over the North Shore and the greater Boston area. 

    Restaurant Week returns in 2026 for 2 weeks. Participating Salem restaurants will offer a $35 and/or a $45 prix-fixe menu option during Restaurant Week. Prices are per person and exclude beverages, tax, and gratuity.

    The Salem Rotary Club and the Salem Chamber of Commerce have joined forces again for a Legislative Luncheon Series.

    The first luncheon event is on Tuesday, February 3rd with Mayor Dominick Pangallo. Mayor Pangallo will share updates on the state of the city and priorities for the next year. 

    On Tuesday, March 3rd, State Representative Manny Cruz will share his experiences in the State House.

    And on Tuesday, April 7th, we’ll hear from State Senator Joan Lovely. 

    Registration Required

    Register for the three event series: $100 for members / $120 for non-members. 
    Register per event: $35 for members / $45 for non-members.

    Ticket holders will start at the Peabody Essex Museum’s Connect Space, located at 135 Essex Street (immediately to the left of the PEM Main Entrance), where they will receive a commemorative glass, a complimentary pour of wine, and a goodie bag of sweet treats before heading out to explore downtown. Several nearby shops will host wine tastings for ticket holders, and guests may enjoy illuminated ice sculptures and live music along the Essex Street Pedestrian Mall. Additional downtown retailers will remain open until 8:00 p.m. for shopping, tastings, and treats.

    Many downtown restaurants will also offer special menus and tastings during the event.

    Please note that alcohol may not be removed from tasting locations, and commemorative glasses must be empty before departing. Massachusetts open container laws will be strictly enforced.

    Session 1: 4:45PM - 5:30PM
    Session 2: 5:30PM - 6:15PM
    Session 3: 6:15PM - 7:00PM

    Note: walking around and viewing the ice sculptures do not require a ticket. Please enjoy the art and stay cozy!
