About Us
Creative Collective is an ecosystem builder across Essex County — the connective layer between tourism, arts, small business, advocacy, and city hall. We bring those worlds into one working network so even the smallest business has something bigger than itself to stand with.
Founded in Salem in 2017, our 350+ member community includes entrepreneurs, makers, small businesses, nonprofits, and creative professionals across eight Essex County communities. Members receive active marketing promotion, practical assistance, business consulting, personal advocacy, collaborative opportunities, and real community connections — delivered by people who know their names and meet them where they are.
We also provide event production and consulting for businesses, municipalities, cultural institutions, tourism partners, and community organizations. By connecting people who might not otherwise find one another, we help businesses learn from each other, communities work smarter together, and strong ideas turn into action.
The creative sector is the through-line. Stronger businesses and more connected communities are the goal. The intersection is the point.
