Circles Not Ladders - A Salem Chamber Subcommittee

12 PM - 1 PMAfter a fantastic response to our first Circles, Not Ladders gathering, we're excited to continue the conversation. This Salem Chamber initiative brings together women of all identities for authentic connection, shared learning, and mentorship that flows in every direction.
Through guided small-group discussions, participants will exchange ideas, navigate challenges, and build meaningful relationships with women across industries and leadership stages. No panels. No hierarchy. Just real conversations in a supportive space where every voice matters.
