Circles Not Ladders - A Salem Chamber Subcommittee

Through guided small-group discussions, participants will exchange ideas, navigate challenges, and build meaningful relationships with women across industries and leadership stages. No panels. No hierarchy. Just real conversations in a supportive space where every voice matters.
