Come enjoy coffee and networking with the Salem Chamber membership at lulu's bakery & pantry! Opened by wife & husband team and Salem residents Nikki & Jim Economides, lulu’s is the culmination of a five year quest to open a business reflecting their culinary creativity, vision and roots. You may already know Nikki from her popular Fixx Chocolates which are sold at the Salem Farmers Market! Lulu’s reflects Nikki’s southern roots, featuring down-home, heartwarming fare from high quality baked goods to specialty cakes, sandwiches, salads and locally roasted coffee. Lulu’s offerings will be sweet, savory, approachable, & appealing for breakfast, lunch, or a treat in-between!

By attending/participating in a Salem Chamber of Commerce hosted in-person meeting or event, you affirm that: 

• You are fully vaccinated against COVID-19, as defined by the CDC. 
• You have not had a fever, cough, shortness of breath, difficulty breathing, chills, muscle pain, sore throat, or new loss of taste or smell that cannot be attributed to another health condition.  
• You have not had contact with a person known to be infected, potentially infected, or exposed to someone infected with COVID-19 within the previous 14 days. (Prior to the event date)
