Annual Children's Halloween Parade & Costume Party

Put on your costumes and parade down Essex Street to the judge's stand in Derby Square.  Registration begins at 11:15am at the Salem Common and the parade starts at noon!.  The festivities continue at the Phoenix School with games and ghostly crafts.
