Join Salem Sound Coastwatch for our first ever Penguin Plunge on January 24, 2026 at Riverhead Beach in Marblehead. This fun winter fundraiser invites brave participants to take a quick dip in the Atlantic Ocean to support the protection of Salem Sound and its watershed.
Whether you plunge into the water, cheer from the beach, or fundraise with friends, your participation helps support clean water, healthy marine habitats, and environmental education across the North Shore.

Registration is $25 with a $50 fundraising minimum. Participants can plunge solo or form a team. Fundraising without plunging is welcome.
