Orgon's household has been in disarray ever since he welcomed Tartuffe, a self-proclaimed holy man, into his household. When Orgon chooses to marry his unwilling daughter to Tartuffe, however, the whole family must work together to expose the man for the hypocrite he is. Join us for a partially-improvised retelling of Moliere's Tartuffe, collaboratively devised by the cast and inspired by Commedia dell'arte. Performances will take place at St. Peter's-San Pedro Church in Salem. Doors open at 6:00 PM, and the performance begins at 6:30 PM. Tickets can be reserved at https://www.tickettailor.com/events/tartuffified/2017387 CW: This show depicts two instances of unwanted sexual advances made toward one of the characters.
