DESCRIPTION:This holiday season\, the Spirits of Salem are taking over the historic Hawthorne Hotel and transforming it into a magickally immersive experience unlike anything seen before!\n\nWhile the Grand Ball Room is transformed into a wicked winter wonderland\, wander through the Hotel and visit various vendor pop-ups featuring local and visiting artisans\, mask-makers\, jewelry designers\, including internationally renown magickal hair and make-up artists\, and MORE TO BE ANNOUNCED!!!\n\nAs you wander\, you may also find yourself faery-led into mysterious\, mystical encounters throughout the Hotel! Find clues and solve riddles for the chance to win prizes\, and help crown the Lord of Misrule to preside as King-for-a-Day over the festivities!\n\nProceeding the Masquerade itself\, there will be a speaking panel of several Guests of Honor from the witchcraft community in Salem and beyond\, including author and performer Laura Tempest Zakroff.\n\nDuring the Masquerade there will be live entertainment\, music\, feasting\, and dancing\, culminating in ritual led by our Guests of Honor at the EXACT moment of the Winter Solstice.\n\nThis is a momentous occasion not to be missed! Be a part of an exciting experience that will give you fond memories and grand stories to tell for years to come!\n\nThe Midwinter Masquerade is an 18+ event.No minors are allowed. All adults under 21 will be marked as such to prevent underage drinking.Photo ID must be presented at the door to gain entry.
